We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Customer Service Assistant. This is full-time and permanent position and working for very well established company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
37.5 hrs a week
8.5 hrs a day 9.00am - 5.30pm
Core hours 10am - 4pm must be covered.
1 hour Lunch unpaid
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Job Role:
To assist the Customer Service Supervisor with processing customer orders, allowing OTIF delivery to final destination in like with company KPI. This individual will have the following responsibilities:
*Order entry of UK mainstream and Trad customer ordering
*UK OTIF service reporting
*General administration and recording is required
*Pallet Management/ordering (CHEP)
*Covering holidays within the team is required
What We Are Looking for in You:
*Previous experience in a similar customer service position is desirable
*Order management - processing into company ERP system
*Experience of working with 3/4PL providers
*ERP user experience
*Competent user of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
*Team player and the willingness to be flexible
