Role: Graduate Business Development Executive
Salary: £23-25K Basic + Uncapped Commission £45K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 3

The Role - Graduate Business Development Executive
*Bringing onboard new clients through proactive outbound Business Development techniques
*Promoting the company’s products and services as well as increasing brand awareness
*Managing and servicing existing client accounts
*Attending industry events for networking purposes
The Requirements - Graduate Business Development
*Degree: 2:1 or above
*Evidence of personal achievement
*Desire to earn a lot of money
*Self-motivated with positive attitude
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent communication and organisational skills and a team-oriented mindset
*Strong work ethic
*Can demonstrate use of initiative
