Responsibilities
*Coordinate the production of client marketing materials such as presentations, and fund factsheets.
*Prepare and distribute client reports which are tailored to individual client needs.
*Respond to client queries quickly and accurately, working with the relevant internal teams.
*Complete RFIs and DDQs.
*Proactively maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all client & prospect information is up to date.
*Regularly carry-out data quality checks to ensure accuracy across internal systems.
Requirements
*This role is targeted at recent graduates with internship experience or those with up to 18 months in a full-time role.
*University degree.
*Investor Relations experience is not essential.
*Good excel and numeracy skills needed.
*High attention to detail.
*5 days in the office
