Building Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £48,000 - £49,000
Shift: 4on4off Perm Nights
Location: Durrington, Salisbury
We are recruiting a Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art automated facility. In this role, you will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on building services and systems, maintain and repair HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the operation of automated facility equipment and assisting in small-scale projects to improve building performance and energy efficiency.
Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:
*Proven experience in building services and facilities maintenance within industrial settings.
*Multi-skilled with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence
*Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
