Our client, a technology focused manufacturing business, seek to appoint a Principal Electronic Design Engineer to their technical team. As Principal Electronic DesignEngineer you will work in a fast paced but friendly environment on some of the most interesting and positively challenging projects on the market. You will be designing hardware and occasionally some very basic embedded software for a range of products used by some of the worlds’ largest companies as a lead participant in designing, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting innovative designs to deliver a first class product on time and budget.

Principal Electronics Design Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Electronics / Hardware / Firmware / Embedded Software / Engineering Manager / Electronic Design Engineer

* Understand requirements and discuss project sizes and time frames, as well as defining processes and procedures for projects
* Defining and documenting software and hardware architecture
* Supporting fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities during system integration and validation testing

Principal Electronics Design Engineer - Skills and Abilities - Electronics / Hardware / Firmware / Embedded Software / Engineering Manager / Electronic Design Engineer

* Relevant degree in associated discipline such as Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
* Highly experienced in electronics design
* Experience with PIC Microprocessors
