Job Description:
A well-known, Global manufacturing business are searching for a new Accounts Payable Clerk. Sitting in a fantastic team, you will gain exposure to new areas of finance as well as liaising with teams outside the finance function. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within finance and Accounts Payable.
In this role you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes and manage supplier accounts. Along with this you will work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure all queries raised are successfully solved. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to prioritise different workloads.
You will be an integral part of a loyal, fast-paced team, closely working with the Accounts Payable Manager and Team Leader, to provide the best services to all clients.
Skills required
*Experience within a similar position with knowledge of processing invoices is beneficial, however training will be provided.
*A great understanding of Microsoft Excel to ensure all spreadsheet are correct and up to date, as well as a knowledge of accountancy software.
*Have great time management and organisational skills to hit deadlines and manger high voluminous work, as well as taking full responsibility for different processes.
*The ability to work autonomously, with close attention to detail, ensuring all information is checked and correct.
