Job Description:
Junior Project Manager- Inside IR35- Remote- £200/day
6 months initially
SR2 are working with a great consultancy who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join them ASAP and support a healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development, and budget management.
Responsibilities
*Plan, execute, and supervise programs/projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
*Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project lifecycle.
*Coordinate and motivate the team, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and evaluate performance.
*Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
*Prepare regular reports on project status, results, and lessons learned.
*Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
*Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve project objectives.
*Develop and maintain program roadmaps and comprehensive plans.
*Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status.
Requirements
*2-3 years of project management experience.
*Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
*2-3 years of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) experience.
*Extensive budget management experience
*Change Management experience.
*Bonsuss of Healthcare IT project management experience.
*Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and other PM tools.
