The Role:
As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store’s success. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll inspire your team to meet and exceed sales targets while creating an energetic, positive environment where both customers and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities for a Store Manager:
*Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer service excellence
*Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional experiences every day
*Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and build customer loyalty
*Ensure the store is fully stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards
*Manage the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews
