Senior Conference Producer - Fully (UK based) Remote role

As a Senior Conference Producer, you will take the lead in crafting dynamic, large-scale conferences and exhibitions across Europe and the USA. Your work will bring together brilliant minds, innovative ideas, cutting-edge solutions and high-level networking opportunities that inspire and support business leaders.
We’re looking for highly experienced conference producers with at least 4 years of B2B conference production experience and a deep mastery of the end-to-end production process. Your expertise will be the driving force behind events that not only engage but also deliver exceptional value to our audience and align seamlessly with our company’s strategic goals.
This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment while consistently hitting deadlines and surpassing growth targets.

Here are some of the key responsibilities of this Senior Conference Production role:
*Take responsibility for leading each large scale event project ensuring it meets business objectives
*Craft compelling conference themes and content strategies, securing top-tier C-suite speakers (direct experience of this is essential), and managing the budget and overall event production.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, coordinating across internal teams and liaising with external stakeholders.
*Create and build relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
*Produce content for the event marketing and comms team to utilise.
*Manage the analysis and reporting of event performance.
*Contribute to the ideas and delivery of additional events.
*Attend events - overseas travel is required.
