Job Description:
Temporary job to start as soon as tomorrow! Do you have experience in Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administration, and looking for a new job before Christmas? ….. And the best bit! The offices shut over Christmas, so you can still have your Christmas break! Also the job is to cover for a permanent person who is due to retire at the end of the year, so there is the potential for a permanent opportunity in the New Year.
The company are friendly, driven and hardworking, and excited to welcome this person into their busy team. This role will require the successful candidate to work from the office full-time.
Accounts Administrator - Purchase Ledger
Job duties include:
• Purchase ledger
• Processing purchase ledger invoices
• Matching invoices to GRN
• Coding invoices to the purchase ledger
• Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Allocating credit notes
• Reporting to the Finance Director
• Running the BACs payments
• Month end processes
• Reconciliations
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• General office tasks
Required Skills:
• Data Entry or Purchase Ledger Experience
• Available to start work quickly (ideally 1 weeks’ notice or less)
• AAT Qualified/ AAT Studier/ Qualified by experience
• Able to pick up processes and procedures quickly
• Question when things do not look correct
• Able to resolve queries
Addition information:

• Commutable via car or public transport
• 37 hours per week
• Office based while temporary
