Job Description:
Tradewind are looking to recruit specialist special education needs teaching assistants to work with primary aged children within specialised SEN resource base classes in main primary schools around Northfield/Longbridge.
We are looking for individuals who have experience of working with SEN children within an education capacity and hold the relevant level 2 or 3 qualification for working with children or supporting teaching and learning.
Candidates from a nursery background with SEN experience will also be considered for this role as much of the SEN curriculum is based around the principles of early years education.
The needs of the children include, but are not limited to; moderate, severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties and or behavioural, social, communication, sensory or physical disabilities.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
