#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Diary Management**: Proactively manage and resolve diary clashes for Partners and Legal Advisors.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organise internal and external meetings and events, optimising the Partners’ schedules.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft and amend documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Client Interaction**: Liaise with clients via telephone and occasionally in person, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
- **Financial Administration**: Handle billing, cash collection, and financial reporting using SAP.
- **Compliance Tasks**: Conduct money laundering and conflict check compliance for new client and matter inception.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage client files, prepare expense claims, and organise travel and accommodation.

#### Essential Skills and Experience:
- **Legal PA Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within Employment Litigation and ideally Commercial law.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Excellent keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Organisational Skills**: Methodical and organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- **Team Player**: Ability to integrate within a team and work independently, showing initiative and a proactive attitude.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and able to adapt to changing practices and competing priorities.
