Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Monitor and manage customer accounts and credit limits
*Ensuring records are up to date and accurate on the system
*Setting up new customer accounts and putting credit limitations in place
*Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices via phone and email
*Dealing with invoice queries
*Monitoring the central inbox
*Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams
*Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
*Worked in a similar background before
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Microsoft proficient
*Work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £24000 per annum + 25 days holiday (plus banks) + 5 days on site + Private healthcare + Staff discount platform online.
