Our Location:
• Cheadle Hulme, Stockport (Must be local to Stockport)
The Person:
• We are looking for confident, driven and tenacious individuals able to put themselves out there and take the knocks as well as the success. You will have a good, professional and polite telephone manner, complete with a good sense of humour and confidence in your own ability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering the main phone line
• Transferring client job specifications and candidate CVs to our house-style format
• Sending out interview confirmations /
• Tracking instructions and interview processes
• Posting vacancies on online jobs boards and social media channels including LinkedIn
• Monitoring social media and website content to ensure currency
• Assist in sourcing new candidates for the consultants via searches on jobs boards & LinkedIn
• Oversee the in-house CRM system resolving any problems arising
• CV Filing & attributing them on our in-house CRM system
• Telephoning screening of candidates
• Assist consultants in sourcing/headhunting candidates (via telephone)
• Follow up on initial enquiries
• Liaising with clients in consultants absence / holiday leave
Salary:
• Negotiable and dependant on experience plus commission
• Hybrid working (after 6 months’ probation), profit share (after a qualifying period)
