Job Description:
Our client, a reputable educational institution, is seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting and proficiency in data management systems. Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) education will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
*Efficiently manage and maintain student records using the school’s data management system.
*Assist in the administration and implementation of school policies and procedures.
*Coordinate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student needs.
*Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
*Provide administrative support to the SEN department as required.
*Ensure compliance with all school regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
*At least 2 years of experience in a school setting.
*Proficiency in using data management systems.
*Experience in SEN education is highly desirable.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
