Our client, a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), is seeking a Project Manager to join their Technical Operations Team. This role offers an opportunity to oversee innovative projects that support the development and distribution of life-changing biopharma products, impacting the lives of millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of clinical trial packaging and distribution services, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver projects seamlessly from concept to completion. You’ll serve as the pivotal link between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring projects meet technical, financial, and operational benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
•    End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical trial packaging and distribution projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
•    Client Engagement: Host client visits, participate in bid defense meetings, and represent the company at project kick-offs and reviews.
•    Supply Chain Optimisation: Work with internal supply chain teams to design and implement effective packaging and distribution solutions.
•    Process Improvement: Proactively identify and support enhancements in operational processes to improve quality and efficiency.
•    Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all projects adhere to quality and regulatory standards, including EMEA guidance and client protocols.
•    Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoicing, forecasting, and revenue tracking for assigned projects.
•    Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and SOPs.

Experience

•    Education: Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable.
•    Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment.
•    Skills:
•    Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheet).
•    Excellent communication and organisational skills.
•    Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chains and regulatory requirements is a plus.
•    Additional Requirements: Right to work in the UK.
