Job Description:
We are currently working with a company in Glasgow who are looking for a Client Solutions Analyst to join their Client Solutions Operations team. This role has a salary of £25,000, working 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Within this role customer service is key! Being able to maintain a healthy balance between managing a varied workload, while meeting customer needs. You will be dealing with a variety of queries, making sure they are seen to in agreed timeframes, enabling the best outcomes for clients.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance controls and assisting with design and implementation to better meet client’s needs and protect their funds. It’s essential to understand the impact of your actions and manage them in alignment with the risk framework.
