Software Asset Management Administrator
Fully remote - 3-month contract (scope to extend) - starting 6th of January
£14.00 - £14.50 Per hour
We are looking for an experienced software licence specialist, administrator to join global Software services company
Job duties
Compliance and Reporting
*Assisting the ITVOM in the implementation of new policies and procedures
*Producing and generating compliance reports and reporting to stakeholders where required.
*Providing regular reports on software licence usage, compliance and cost.
Stakeholder management
*Created and maintained a good rapport and working relationship with third party stakeholders and clients.
*Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Management of software licences
*Across multiple vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle etc.
*Help maintain an accurate and up to date inventory of all software
*Assist in the management of software licence agreements
*Proactively researching cost savings activities across the current database
*Assist in the management of software contracts ensuring the compliance of T&C’s
*Knowledge of Snow and Snow Atlas, including SAM core and SAAS.
Software procurement
*Assist with the transfer of the software procurement process.
*Involved in the transfer of the purchasing process via the Spend council
*Assisting the ITVOM in leading the weekly spend council meetings.
*Reviewing purchasing, renewals and additions in licencing.
Process and Documentation
*Assisting the ITVOM with developing and implementation of processes and documentation for SAM
*Ensuring they align with the current practices.
