Job Advert: Chef – Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Salary: £11.44 per hour (Band 3)

Are you passionate about food and ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef to join our team in North Manchester.

About the Role:
As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that delight and nourish. Working 37.5 hours per week, your primary responsibilities will include:
•Preparing and cooking a variety of meals in line with dietary requirements and preferences.
•Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
•Contributing to menu planning and creating innovative dishes.
•Managing stock levels and assisting with orders.
•Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
•A passion for cooking and a strong commitment to quality.
•Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred).
•Ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
