We are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our client’s team in a pivotal role that blends management accounts with finance business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts, which involves analysis of data, preparation and posting of journals
*Preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget journals and analyses.
*Undertake financial analysis to support/drive the commercial objectives of the business.
*Partner with various business units to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.
*Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
*Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for financial optimisation.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
What We’re Looking For:
*Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
*Strong Management Accounts prep experience
*Proven experience working in a large, fast-paced business environment.
*Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis.
*Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
*Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
