Description
Working within the Central/Core Compliance Function you will support on the following duties:
*Development and maintenance of company policies and procedures
*Ongoing compliance monitoring of the firms’ activities, controls, and systems.
*Responsible for ensuring business has effective systems, procedures and controls for compliance with requirements and standards under the regulatory system, including risk management, governance, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection.
*Maintenance of the company’s internal registers, including PA Dealing, Breaches, Gifts & Entertainment, Employee Violations, MAR Soundings, Outside Business and SMCR.
*Ad-hoc project work.
Profile
A successful Compliance Consultant - Asset Management should have:
*A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the Asset Management industry.
*Experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
*Knowledge of risk assessment practices and compliance frameworks.
Job Offer
