Job Description:
Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE looking to advance your career? Join this dynamic Family team in Telford!
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive solicitor to handle a diverse range of family and matrimonial matters. You will be managing a wholly private caseload, including:
*Divorce and financial disputes
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
*Cohabitation disputes/agreements
*Child arrangements and disputes, including grandparents’ rights
*Child abduction/adoption cases
*Non-molestation and occupation orders
You’ll also provide guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.
To be considered:
*A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of PQE
*Strong technical skills in Family Law
*A team player with excellent professional judgement and a client-focused approach
*Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large caseload effectively
*Commercial awareness and the drive to support the firm’s growth
