The Associate Building Surveyor’s Role As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role within the building consultancy team, delivering a mix of professional and project service lines. Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing commercial instructions across a diverse London portfolio.
*Delivering projects, mentoring APC candidates, and driving business development.
*Supporting a range of clients, including developers, owners, and occupiers.
The Ideal Associate Building Surveyor Will Have *MRICS qualification.
*RICS-accredited degree.
*3+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment.
*Strong technical expertise across both professional and project services.
*Line management experience or skills.
*A commercially minded approach with a focus on business development.
In Return *Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
