Key Duties:
*Research and produce content for web, email newsletters, press, and social media.
*Adhere to brand guidelines, introducing fresh formats and ideas.
*Engage senior-level stakeholders in community marketing of conferences.
*Maintain and expand social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn.
*Lead and report on paid digital campaigns with marketing partners.
*Secure marketing partnerships with industry associations and trade media.
*Build relationships with journalists to increase PR for events.
*Oversee design and print of conference materials, managing external agencies.
*Collaborate with the delegate sales team to expand market reach and generate leads.
*Foster strong internal relationships to optimize information sharing.
*Provide timely updates and reports on marketing activities.
*Attend and assist in running conferences as part of the event team.
*Lead post-event reporting and capture testimonials for future campaigns.
Essential Experience:
*3+ year’s Event Marketing Experience
*Website CMS and SEO (e.g., WordPress, ASP Events)
*Data Segmentation and Email Marketing Systems
*Experience Managing Workload with Assistants or External Support Team
