About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:
*Identify, onboard, and nurture new clients, building strong relationships across your market.
*Use a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.
*Manage a high-performing sales pipeline and ensure seamless client handovers to the account development team.
*Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
*Attend industry events to network and expand market knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:
*2+ years of consultative, solution-based B2B sales experience (ideally in tech or IoT).
*Proven success in achieving targets and onboarding high-value clients.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Confidence engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
*A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
