SF Recruitment are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our clients team on a permanent contract in Birmingham.

£25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Office based position

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:

Manage and Grow Client Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Generate New Business: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to expand our customer base.
Process Orders: Accurately manage quotations, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure seamless service.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with operations, logistics, and external sales teams to meet client needs efficiently.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to remain ahead in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in the metals or a related industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Competency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
