*Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

*£90 - £105 per day
*Specialist 1:1 support for ASD learners aged 5-19, focusing on life skills development for highly vulnerable children
Key Responsibilities of a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
*Assisting students in cultivating their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
*Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologists) to monitor and advance student progress.
*Contributing to the creation of an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
*Supporting students across various year groups with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges.

Ideal Candidate for the Role:
*Holds a degree in, Special needs, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline (advantageous).
*Prior experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
*Sound knowledge and understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
*Compassionate, proactive, and driven, with a genuine passion for working with vulnerable learners.
*Aspiring to build a career in Clinical or Educational Psychology, Counselling, or Pastoral Care.
