About the role:
*You will be part of a team dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, property finance and the property aspects of corporate transactions 
*Working closely with an array of prestigious clients across various sectors such as office, leisure, high-end retail, and hospitality
About you:
*Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ PQE
*Comfortable managing your own caseload
*Proficient in landlord and tenant work, including negotiating new leases, assignments, renewals, alterations, and variations
*Sound knowledge of commercial property acquisitions and disposals
*Previous experience at a City or West End firm or a leading regional practice preferred
*Property finance experience is advantageous but not essential
*Confident in marketing and business development with proven track record in winning clients and building strong relationships
