Legal 500 Firm – Full or Part Time – Company Commercial Solicitor
A Legal 500 firm in Central Hertfordshire is looking to hire a company commercial solicitor to develop a key area of the firm’s commercial services. You will support a high performing partner in a role with an already highly established client base and minimal marketing required.
About you:
You will be an established commercial contracts solicitor with experience that ideally includes:
*Distribution agreements
*Data protection
*Franchising
*IT-related agreements
*Licensing
*Intellectual property
*Standard and bespoke commercial contracts
Experience working with a broad range of commercial clients, including those in the recruitment sector, would be advantageous but not essential to the role.
