About the Role:
The firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen its Exeter or East Devon offices.
Manage a diverse litigation caseload, potentially including:
*Property disputes
*Residential landlord and tenant cases
*Contract and debt disputes
*Commercial disputes
*Employment matters (if desired)
*Engage in marketing and business development activities to help grow your caseload and expand the team’s reach
What we are looking for:
*A qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
*Broad litigation expertise is advantageous, though not all areas listed are essential training will be provided where needed
*A team player with a collaborative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes
*Ambition to contribute to a thriving and dynamic legal team
