Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role
A dynamic and forward-thinking company is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director. This is a varied and rewarding role, blending business and personal assistance, requiring a professional who can anticipate needs, multitask, and work with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage correspondence, phone calls, and diaries efficiently
*Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements
*Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems
*Liaise with suppliers and clients to maintain strong relationships
*Provide reminders for deadlines and manage personal commitments
*Resolve miscellaneous issues with a proactive approach
About You:
*Discreet, trustworthy, and highly adaptable.
*Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
*A full driving license is essential.
*Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or EA.
