Junior Data Scientist

Responsibilities: *Collaborate with senior data scientists and consultants to identify client needs and develop data-driven solutions
*Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
*Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through data visualizations and presentations
*Work on multiple projects concurrently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
*Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry advancements in data science and related technologies
*Assist in developing proposals and contributing to the growth of the AIM Reply
About the Candidate: *Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and machine learning
*Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
*Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
*Ability to work in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
