Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer - Cardiff - £25k basic + Commission + Car Allowance (Monday to Friday)
My client is a leading, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have been established in the area for many years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer who is looking to progress in this role into a Lettings Manager position. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lettings professional with proven experience in developing new lettings business, a local knowledge of the Lettings Market in the Cardiff areas and the drive to grow the company portfolio.
Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer Main Duties:
*Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
*Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
*Booking and attending viewings
*Carrying out Valuations and business generation
*Carrying out regular Landlord updates
*Negotiating offers
Key Skills required:
*Lettings experience required
*Lettings Valuation and business generation experience
*Possess excellent customer service skills
*Results driven
*Team player
*Full, clean driving licence and car
*Excellent communication skills
*Natural sales ability
*Self-motivated and organised
*Desire to succeed
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
