Financial Controller - Growing Tech Business - Development Role

We are delighted to be supporting a growing tech business in recruiting a Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced business and play a pivotal role in financial operations and strategic decisions. To be considered you will either be a Management Accountant, looking to step up or already working as a Financial Controller and looking to join a business you can grow and develop with. 

The Role
The Financial Controller duties will include:
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and implement cash management strategies.
*Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.
*Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
*Strategic Planning: Contribute to organisational financial strategies, supporting senior management with financial insights.
*Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial management.

The Person
The requirements for the Financial Controller will include: 
*Experienced management accountant or financial controller.
*Experience of working in SaaS or a high-growth environment would be desirable
*Those that are qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience will be considered. 
*Leadership: Effective team management and mentoring capabilities.
*Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
