Client Details
Our client is a Midlands based Housing Association with a large concentration of housing stock in Leicester and surrounding areas.
Description
*You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
*You will be required to carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, primarily plumbing repairs however you will also be required to undertake basic repairs in carpentry, plastering, decorating and other general building works
Profile
*Ideally you will have a recognised qualification in Plumbing (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds)
*Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is essential
*Other qualifications such as; Asbestos awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling are desirable
*Full UK Driving License
