Role Responsibilities *Assisting with audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance and quality
*Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across different industries
*Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing feedback and guidance
*Liaising directly with clients to address queries and deliver excellent service
*Supporting the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
*Contributing to the development of the team through mentoring and support

Candidate Requirements *ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or be part-qualified and actively studying)
*At least three years of experience in an audit role within an accountancy practice
*Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
*A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
*Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
