Job Title: Financial Advisor
Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide) with occasional travel to London (6-8 days/year)
Salary: £60,000 basic + uncapped earnings (OTE Year 1: £100k-£150k)
About the Role
MBF are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading International Investment Advisory Organisation that is looking to hire an ambitious Financial Advisor. This is a fully remote opportunity with all leads provided, offering the chance to work with high-net-worth clients across the UK and enjoy exceptional earning potential.
This is an ideal role for a top-performing sales professional with a proven track record in financial services who wants to take control of their success and earnings.
The Opportunity
*Warm Leads Provided: You’ll receive 80-90 warm enquiries per month generated by the marketing team.
*Client Base: Focus on high-net-worth individuals approaching retirement with investable assets of £600k-£700k in pensions, ISAs, and other platforms.
*Uncapped Earning Potential: Success fees are paid immediately after a deal is funded, with no cap. Top advisors are earning £400k-£500k annually, with some reaching £1M+.
This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to the London office (6-8 days/year) for sales meetings. All travel expenses are covered by the company.

*Full Support: Warm leads, an extensive client database, and dedicated portfolio management and client service teams.
*Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the UK with the option to attend the London office.
What My Client Is Looking For:
*Proven Sales Success: A strong track record of winning new business and acquiring high-value clients.
*Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with high-net-worth clients in financial services or as an IFA.
*Qualifications: Level 4 qualified in financial services.
*Skills & Traits: *Highly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Independent, resilient, and confident in driving your success.
