Job Description:
This role of Telesale’s Agent is to discover and cultivate new business opportunities through a variety of effective lead generation techniques. This approach will involve telesales, email campaigns, LinkedIn-based networking, follow-ups on marketing efforts, and fostering strong relationships.

Description
*Engaging with customers over the phone to provide product information and promote company services.
*Support sales team by booking appointments & building rapport with customers.
*Identifying new business opportunities by understanding customer needs.
*Providing high-level customer service at all times.
*Developing strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
*Recording customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, or comments.
*Maintaining customer databases and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Profile
A successful TeleSales Agent should have:
