Description
HR Coordinator:
*Reporting to HRBP
*Works with the HR Team on Projects
*Improve processes using initiative and pro-activeness, ensuring a streamlined and automated approach, creating workflows and mapping processes
*Processing global payroll and benefits administration
*Responsible for all administrative tasks; onboarding paperwork, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment screening, right to work, employee inductions, amendment to terms and conditions, absence management, family friendly matters - maternity and paternity leave, joiners, movers, leavers
*Responsible for administering employee changes, ensuring the HRIS system and personnel files are up to date and accurate
*Communicate any changes to the required parties e.g. finance teams and benefits providers
*Managing the HR Inbox and responding to general HR and payroll queries
Profile
HR Coordinator:
*Must have the ability and drive to improve processes
*Must have previously worked in a HR role
*Be analytical and data driven
*Knowledge of payroll processing and legislative requirements
*Previously provided general HR Administration services via a complex HRIS
*Knowledge of employment law and legislation
*CIPD desirable
