Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise students in a classroom setting, ensuring they follow the lesson plan set by the absent teacher.
*Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
*Deliver pre-set work to students across a range of subjects, ensuring students understand the task and stay on track.
*Provide support to students when necessary, answering questions or offering guidance within the lesson’s scope.
Key Requirements:
*Minimum GCSEs in English and Math (A-C or equivalent).
*A degree is desirable but not essential.
*Prior experience working with children or young adults in a supervisory or teaching capacity is desirable.
*Experience in a school setting is a plus but not essential.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
