Building Surveyor - Are you looking for a core BS role with long term vision?
A boutique London-based consultancy known for delivering exceptional surveying and project management services, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expert team.
The Building Surveyors role As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with a collaborative team of professionals, delivering high-quality services across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, and heritage.
Your role as the successful Building Surveyor will involve managing both professional and project-based instructions, with responsibilities such as:
*Conducting building surveys, condition surveys, and technical due diligence
*Delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
*Advising on dilapidations and party wall matters
*Preparing schedules of condition and contract administration
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Building Surveyor will have *A degree in Building Surveying and ideally MRICS accreditation (or working towards it)
*At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a consultancy environment
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results to a high standard
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*A proactive and team-focused approach
What’s on Offer? *Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
