Tradewind is currently working with a Specialist ASD School in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire who are on the lookout for an experienced KS4 Teacher to join them in January 2025!

**About the School**
This specialist SEN School caters to students aged 9 - 19 years with Autism and other learning difficulties. Offering a tailored approach to learning, the staff at this school strive to ensure equal access to the curriculum for all students to help them in achieving the best of their ability.
**Role Requirements**
*Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Previous experience teaching SEN Students is desirable
*Comfortable with teaching across different learning levels.
*Ability to adapt to different learning abilities.
*Enhance the curriculum to improve pupil outcomes.
*Use data to elevate achievement standards.
*Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
