Senior Sales Negotiator

Key Responsibilities:
*Attend Property Viewings: Accompany potential buyers and tenants to property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
*Negotiate Sales: Negotiate sales terms to achieve successful outcomes that meet the needs of both buyers and sellers.
*Generate New Business: Proactively seek out new opportunities, build a robust pipeline of prospects, and develop strategies to expand the firm’s market presence.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property sector.
*Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

*Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
*A professional attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
*Full driving licence and car essential.
