Are you an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher seeking a long-term role? We are looking for a talented educator to join a dynamic secondary school in Manchester from January until the end of the academic year.?
The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
*Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.
*Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that spark a love for reading and writing.
*Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their development.
*Create a positive classroom environment that encourages academic success and personal growth.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards in teaching and learning.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who:
*Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Has experience teaching English at secondary level, including KS3 and KS4.
*Is passionate about English education and fostering a love for literature and communication.
*Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
*Is committed to raising student achievement and contributing to the wider school community.
