Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Wincanton
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 (37 hours per week)
The Role:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will:
*Prepare technical drawings, including wiring schematics, using AutoCAD.
*Generate accurate quotations for stock and bespoke items.
*Configure and test equipment prior to dispatch.
*Maintain and update the design and test database with precision.
*Provide technical support to colleagues and external customers.
*Review, update and approve production drawings.
*Be involved in new product design (NPD) and CAD library management.
*Resolve technical issues, including on-site problem-solving as needed.
Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, based on experience.
