About the Role As a PSHE Teacher, you will:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with curriculum standards and learner needs.
*Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage personal and academic growth.
*Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners achieve their goals and meet contractual and quality standards.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of the education provision through innovation and flexibility.
What You’ll Need To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
*A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (or Level 5 under new standards) or a commitment to achieving this within a specified timeframe.
*At least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
*A proven track record of effective teaching in your subject area.
*A passion for education, a commitment to improving lives, and the ability to inspire and engage learners.
