Standalone Paraplanner Role!

Are you ready to make your mark? The Burford Recruitment Company is thrilled to partner with a respected Chartered Financial Planning firm to find their first dedicated Paraplanner. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, define the paraplanning function, and help shape the future of a boutique financial planning practice.

*Collaboration: Work directly with a close-knit team of advisers, servicing approximately 200 cherished client families.

Your Key Responsibilities *Define the Paraplanning Function: Build processes, manage back-office systems (Intelligent Office), and ensure smooth operations.
*Support Adviser Success: Produce high-quality suitability reports, conduct research, and maintain compliance standards.
*Drive Investment Strategy: Collaborate on strategy development, cash flow modelling (TimelineTech), and Investment Committee participation.
About You *Diploma-qualified in Financial Planning (working toward Advanced Diploma is a bonus!).
*At least 2 years of paraplanning experience with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, and life products.
*Confident communicator with exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
