Shipping & Logistics Clerk (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
A challenging and rewarding opportunity coordinating all stages of the cross-trade import/export process for Food and Food Materials, from sale to payment.
*Facilitate the movement of products from one location to another 
*Coordinate and plan delivery schedules to meet customer demand with little to no delay
*Continuously review costs to keep costs down where possible
*Streamline transportation processes 
*Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and loadings using Microsoft Business Central and excel spreadsheets.
*Track the transits in conjunction with the preparation of the shipping documentation (Bill of Lading)
*Communicate and coordinate with all relevant offices within the company
*Fluent English essential (Written and Verbal). (2nd Language advantageous but not essential)
*Communicate daily with suppliers and customers
*General administrative duties within the logistics & supply team as required
