The company: A leading UK manufacturer of packaging materials with international operations.
Main duties:
To provide logistics support with shipping and courier documentation.
The Role:
- To manage communication with couriers and clients and update as necessary
- To complete and update shipping documentation and purchase orders
- To manage and update courier track and trace information and communicate any delays with client
- To ensure shipment loading is confirmed and complete necessary documentation
- To update internal database with shipping information including Bill of Lading reference, container number and expected delivery date
- To manage clearance documentation at the shipment destination
- To update documents for payment approval
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role - Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate

Salary: circa £25,500 per annum
