The role...
We are looking for someone with a dynamic and professional approach, the ability for building strong relationships and managing complex schedules. Providing full and individual support to the Directors some of the key duties will be: 
*Representing the organisation in a positive and professional way to both internal parties and external stakeholders. 
*Understand the needs of the business and daily challenges faced by the Directors to build trust and provide a high standard of support. 
*Complex diary management of senior diaries, able to alleviate meeting pressures and manage changing work conflicts. 
*Ensure Directors are fully briefed and prepared for meetings and engagements.
*Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including national and International travel, while being mindful of budgets.
*Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including partners, regulatory bodies, and board members.
*Provide general office support, including processing expenses, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.

What we are looking for?
This is a senior level role and requires an experienced EA with considerable experience at C-Suite level within a corporate/professional organisation Some of main things required are as follows:
*Proven extensive experience in complex diary management for C Suite/Board level members.
*Experience in minute/note taking, preparing meeting agendas and actions.
*Resilient, flexible, and responsive with a can-do approach.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
*High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
*Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong relationship management skills.
*Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
*Efficient organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
*Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
*Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines.
*Flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary.
*Valid UK driving licence required for occasional travel to different work sites.
